目前，457签证主申请人的签证费用为1060澳元，但明年将根据申请人要申请的流种而设有两种不同的费用。因此，这两个不同流的英文要求也是不同的。

In March 2018, the 457 visa will be completely gone and replaced by the Temporary Skill Shortage(TTS) visa. DIBP has just informed registered migration agents through the Agent Newsletter that the visa application costs for TSS will be different for two streams.
For Short-term stream is $1150; and
For Medium-term stream is $2400
Currently, the 457 Visa charge is $1060 for a primary visa applicant but next year two different charges will be applied depending on which stream the applicant applies for.
Therefore, the English requirement for these two different streams will be different too.
The English requirements for the Short-term stream of the new TSS visa will be the same as the current 457 visa, with a minimum IELTS result(or equivalent) of 4.5 in each test component required, and an overall score of 5.
For Medium-term stream, a higher standard will be required for a score of 5 in each test component.
