UPDATES ON VICTORIA STATE NOMINATION

1) Separate Nomination Procedure for ICT, Nursing and Engineering and Building Occupations
Due to the high number of applications that Victoria receives in the above occupations, Victoria requires a different nomination procedure for applications of Victoria’s State skill nomination.
2) PhD Graduates Pathway
The current nomination pathway for international PhD graduates will remain, however the processing time will be extended to 12 weeks instead of the current fast-tracked two-week processing service.
This change will take effect on Monday 10 September 2018.
3) 457 Streamlined Process
The current 457 streamlined processing pathway will be removed. This change comes into effect on Monday 10 September 2018.
