Special New Australian Visa Pathway for Hong Kong Residents

[:en] On 09 July 2020, Australia Prime Minister, Scott Morrison announced to introduce new visa pathways for Hong Kong residences to apply and be able to apply for permanent resident in response to the National Security Law enacted in Hong Kong.
-Temporary graduate and skilled workers will be offered an additional five years of work rights in Australia on top of the time they’ve already been in Australia, with a pathway to permanent residency at the end of that period.
-Students will be eligible for a five year graduate visa from the conclusion of their studies, with a pathway to permanent residency at the end of that period.
-Future Hong Kong applicants for temporary skilled visas will be provided with a five year visa, based on meeting the updated skills lists and Labour Market Testing requirements.

2020年7月9日，澳洲總理莫里森（Scott Morrison）宣佈為香港居民引入新的簽證途徑，並能將來申請成為澳洲永久居民, 以回應香港近日頒佈的《國家安全法》。
-臨時畢業生和臨時技術簽證持有人, 可以在他們已經在澳洲的逗留時間之外，再獲得額外五年在澳洲的逗留的工作權，並在此期間結束後獲得永久居留權。
-至於學生簽證方面, 當學生完成學業後，將有資格獲得五年的畢業簽證，並在此期間結束後獲得永久居留權。
-未來的臨時技術簽證香港申請人, 能在滿足更新後的技能清單和勞動力市場測試要求的大前題的基礎下，將同樣獲得五年簽證, 並能將來申請成為澳洲永久居民。
